2. One document establishing identity (DL or passport) and one document establishing address (W-2, jury summons, utility bill or property tax bill), OR

3. P411 membership, OR

4. Two P411-verified references, OR

5. Screening waiver program: $500 (prepaid via bitcoin or amazon gift card) for a 60 minute coffee or lunch date at a public location. This fee CANNOT be applied toward a future meeting. This fee is for my courage in meeting you for coffee at a public location, no questions asked:)
